As Global Talent and Organization Capability Lead for Pfizer’s $17B Specialty Care and Oncology businesses Stuart focuses on creating and driving an aligned and sustainable Human Capital Strategy. Stuart has been a key partner in managing the substantial impact of the Wyeth integration in Pfizer, integrating new leadership teams, driving cultural change and leading the global talent management strategy. Prior to joining the global team, Stuart built strong in-market experience leading the HR Business Partnering, Staffing and Organizational Effectiveness team for Pfizer Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Pfizer Stuart was a partner in a niche Organizational Effectiveness firm and worked with executive teams of multinational and national organizations in the IT, Service and FMCG industries. This followed a career in HR, L&D, Sales and line management in the Employment, FMCG and Financial Services Industries. Stuart earned his Masters in HR Management with an Organizational Capability major at one of Australia’s premier graduate schools of management (MGSM).
