Webcast:
Dr. Wiley will present Kenexa’s new High Performance-Engagement Model (HPEM). This model is used as a framework for improving organizational performance and employee engagement in periods of turbulence and change, and in periods of high demand and economic growth. The HPEM gives clear guidance for leaders on specific organizational levers to pull that will maximize the performance of their workforces. Utilizing the WorkTrends™ database, Dr. Wiley will share areas in which employees report strengths and opportunities for improvement in both performance and engagement.
