Webcast:
Organizations invest millions in recruiting, orienting, and training new hires only to see many leave within the first year. And when talent is developed and "ripe for the picking", invaluable assets are lost when they go elsewhere. In this last part of our series, we will present proven solutions successfully used by organizations to decrease turnover of new employees and increase new employee engagement. Participants of this webcast will receive a New Hire Talent Toolkit they can use with new employees. We will encourage participants from the series to share actions they have taken and the impact created to date in their organizations to augment the learning among this pivotal community of interest.
