He has over 25 years' experience in information technology, with the last 14 years focused specifically on Human Capital Management (HCM). Ed has led strategic HCM consulting and implementation engagements with Fortune 500 clients such as General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, State Farm, and Baxter International. He is a self-professed technology evangelist and has held Director-level positions in Professional Services, Strategic Solutions Consulting, and Marketing for several leading-edge HCM technology providers including Workscape, and ESSENSE Systems - the pioneering creator of HR employee self-service (ESS).

Sonia Mayer is a Senior Consulting Manager at Axsium Group Inc. bringing over 11 years consulting experience in the areas of Human Capital and Information Technology. The last five years Ms. Mayer has focused solely on workforce management consulting and solution implementations in the health care and public sector. Engagements have included WFM solution strategy workshops, business case development and full enterprise implementation lifecycles including plan, design, development, test, deployment and post-production support.Prior to joining Axsium, Ms. Mayer was an Associate at McLarren Consulting Group, responsible for leading consulting engagements to review effectiveness and efficiency of human resources policies, procedures and practices of large public and private companies in North America.

Jenine Bogrand is the IT Manager for HRMS and Payroll for Dresser-Rand of Houston, TX. In this role, she has implemented both Timekeeping (including Basic Scheduling) and Activities across several plant locations, including France and Germany. Jenine has tremendous IT/HRMS/Payroll experience and has great practical insight into the "go-live" nature of the implementations.
