Samir leads Hewitt's Business Performance & Human Capital consulting area, focusing on organizational alignment to value creation.Samir has significant experience in business performance and shareholder value consulting, working closely with senior management and board of directors globally. His specific expertise is in integrating human capital decisions with business strategy and shareholder value planning.This includes identifying key drivers of value growth, understanding how employee programs impact value creation, and creating solution sets which align organizational capabilities with profitable growth.Samir is also a lead architect of Hewitt's Human Capital Foresight™ offer. In addition to design of core methods, he is developing talent strategy solutions at a retail giant and a telecommunications firm in the US. He has presented his concept paper at the NBER (National Bureau of Economic Research ) Labor Economics forum and at leading universities.
Samir has 13 years experience in management consulting. In the past three years he held a concurrent position with Hewitt's corporate finance group, leading the firm's shareholder value initiative. His prior experience is with Ameritech's corporate strategy group. International business experience includes Canada, Europe, India, Indonesia and Singapore. He has a degree in Engineering (Decision Sciences) and a graduate degree in Economics.

Tim is one of the key architects of Hewitt's conjoint offer. Deeply experienced with conjoint and preference measurement techniques, Tim previously worked with several of the pioneers in the field of conjoint and has successfully conducted an exhaustive number of studies over the past decade. In addition to experience in the energy industry, he has consulted extensively in the financial services, insurance, public sector, retail, and airline industries for clients in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the U.K.Tim came to Hewitt Associates after spending several years managing all custom research products for a Texas-based energy company. A transplanted Canadian, Tim has over a dozen years of market research experience and prides himself on turning research results into actionable insights that drive business results.
Tim has published several articles on conjoint and has presented conjoint and its applications at numerous conferences in North America and Europe.Tim holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. in Economics. He is based in our office in The Woodlands, Texas.
