Judy Sweeney brings more than 30 years of enterprise software development, marketing, and HCM research experience to her role as vice president and head of research for Taleo. Ms. Sweeney leads a team of researchers who provide primary and secondary research on the current and future state of talent management. This research continues to strengthen and solidify Taleo's leadership position as the leading provider of enterprise level workforce solutions with forward thinking global organizations.Prior to joining Taleo, Ms. Sweeney was a Senior Vice President of AMR Research. She led a team of analysts who study human capital management, enterprise applications and infrastructure and supply chain. Her specific research focus was on HCM and midmarket ERP. Ms. Sweeney has also worked in various capacities at a number of ERP vendor companies including McCormick and Dodge, Cullinet, Ross Systems, Dunn and Bradstreet Software, and QAD. She held development, product management, and product marketing roles including vice president of product marketing where she conducted market research and developed product strategy.Ms. Sweeney has been quoted in various industry trade publications, was a member of the Open Applications Group, was a trustee for the University of Massachusetts, and served on a state committee to study the reorganization of public higher education in Massachusetts.Ms. Sweeney holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Massachusetts.
