Dr. Church is responsible for leading the enterprise wide talent management and people development agenda for PepsiCo. This includes responsibility for the People Planning process, high-potential identification programs, the Performance Management process, Organizational Health Surveys, and the 360-degree/Hogan feedback process. He joined PepsiCo in December 2000. Previously he spent nine years as an external OD consultant working for W. Warner Burke Associates. Allan also spent several years at IBM in the Communications Measurement and Research, and Corporate Personnel Research departments. On the side, he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, a Visiting Faculty Scholar at Benedictine University, and a past Chair of the Mayflower Group. He has also served as former Editor of the Organization Development Journal, The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology's Professional Practice Book Series. An active writer, he has authored 4 books, 20 book chapters, and over 120 practitioner and scholarly articles. Allan received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. In 1999 he received the OD Consultant of the Year award from the Organization Development Institute. He is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Psychological Science.

Dr. Linda Pfeifer is Director of Global Learning and Performance at data integration software company Informatica Corporation. Dr. Pfeifer has worked in corporate education and human performance technology over two decades, including 16 years at Hewlett-Packard. She has developed and led global learning programs in India, Mainland China, Korea, Taiwan, US, and Japan. Dr. Pfeifer received her Masters in Instructional Technology from San Jose State University, her Doctorate in Learning and Instruction from the University of San Francisco, and is a Certified Performance Technologist with the International Society of Performance Improvement. Dr. Pfeifer's research focuses on the effects of executive tele-coaching on accelerated skill transfer and increased intrinsic motivation for management development, and has presented her research at several international conferences. Susan A. Mohrman is a Senior Research Scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations in the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Her research is in the areas of organization design and effectiveness.She has published papers in professional journals and books on the topics of: Organization design for the knowledge economy; organization development, learning, and change; high technology organizations; the design of teams and other lateral approaches to organizing; innovative research and evaluation methodologies; the design of human resource functions; and employee involvement and total quality management.
