George Hoffmaster is the Practice Manager, Talent Acquisition Solutions for Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company. Mr. Hoffmaster has been with the company for more than four years. Mr. Hoffmaster manages a service vertical consisting of a variety of talent acquisition service offerings.
Mr. Hoffmaster brings over eighteen years of recruitment management and strategic talent acquisition experience to Futurestep and its clients. His efforts, driven by a process improvement mindset, have resulted in significant advancements within the Human Resource divisions of major technology and healthcare organizations such as Emory Healthcare, NCR Corporation, and Infinium Software.
Mr. Hoffmaster is a metrics-oriented recruitment professional led by the implementation of best practices in the talent acquisition space. His expertise comes as a result of leading large scale recruitment teams on a global level as well as the management of strategic recruitment programs such as operational modeling, workforce planning, succession planning, standardized interviewing/assessment methodologies, diversity recruitment, vendor management, and staffing technologies.
Mr. Hoffmaster holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania.
