Blair Jones is a consistant author and speaker on executive compensation issues. She has co-authored approximately 20 articles and two book chapters since 2005. She has participated in webcasts sponsored by Corporate Board Member Magazine for their Corporate Governance series. She also works frequently with companies in transition. Blair's prior experience includes Practice Leader, Leadership Performance and Rewards at Sibson Consulting; Bain & Company. Blair Jones holds a Bachelor's degree from Williams College with highest honors.
