Webcast:
As the pace of change continues to accelerate, attracting and retaining talent remains a challenge for many organizations - even as unemployment remains high. Traditional workforce planning is quickly becoming an outdated approach, as cloud, mobile and social technologies have opened a global talent pool to companies of all sizes.
Organizations that are achieving true business agility are able to source highly specialized just-in-time skills in minutes and hours, not weeks and months. How are they able to do this? Crowdsourcing.
Join us for a fascinating look into an organization that has built a global developer community of over 70,000 - called CloudSpokes - and is transforming what it means to manage a contingent workforce.
You will learn:
- How you can go from managing resources to managing a platform
- Why crowdsourcing will find you the talent and skills your recruiting effort never will
- Why now is the time to incorporate crowdsourcing into your people strategy
