Debra has consulted to global companies for more than 20 years. She has partnered with CEOs to build the capability of their teams to effectively execute the companies' strategy. This includes entering new markets, integrating major acquisitions and the divesting significant holdings. In addition she has assisted companies in developing the leadership capability necessary to align the organization and implement their strategies. She has also partnered with senior HR leaders to enhance the skills of HR professionals to support the development of their companies' leaders and their teams. She has worked with companies in Asia, the Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Americas.

In his twenty years of consulting, Matt has worked across most lines of business, and currently leads our organizational consulting efforts with life sciences clients in the U.S. As part of our international network of consultants he helps client organizations ensure strategies and change programs are fully and successfully implemented. He helps organizations accelerate change, mergers and business results by clarifying strategies, developing enterprise and functional structures, performance measurement and reward programs, and by aligning structures, roles and leadership governance systems.
Relevant engagements include strategy clarification and organization design for a $20B healthcare division, comprehensive organizational structure, staffing and leadership assessments for two high-profile pharmaceutical companies, and human capital due diligence of a U.S. business by a European life sciences company.Matt has consulted across most lines of business, with particular expertise in Organizational structure and role design, Organizational Effectiveness (OE), Governance, as well as Performance and Rewards. He is an expert in linking Hay Group's work measurement and organizational design methodologies.
