By now you’ve heard all about HCI’s 2012 Human Capital Summit. You know about the cutting-edge speakers, thought-leaders, and best practice organizations that are participating in this year’s premier human capital event. You know that this is not a conference to be missed.
BUT – you’re unable to make the trip to Scottsdale, AZ…Travel restrictions? Schedule limitations? Whatever the cast may be, HCI has the solution for you! We are proud to announce our Virtual Human Capital Summit – where attendees can participate as a virtual attendee via our Virtual Conference platform.
By registering for the Virtual Human Capital Summit you will be able to view live streaming of three days of keynotes and corporate practitioner-led working sessions as we tackle the most important topics of our times. All of this delivered to your desktop! Just remember – since we’ll be in Scottsdale, we’ll be on Mountain Time.
Be inspired by our keynote speakers, including:
- Doug Conant; Peter Sheahan; and Jim Stikeleather - Chief Innovation Officer for Dell - and that's just the morning line-up for Day 1 of the conference!
- Day 2 we’ll be featuring keynote presentations from Robert Cancalosi - CLO of GE Healthcare; Tony Schwartz - best-selling author and CEO of The Energy Project; and Wayne Elsey - CEO of Soles4Souls.
- Day 3 we’ll end with a bang, with final keynotes from Dr. Debra France of W.L.Gore; followed by Dr. Gary Hamel; and Mr. Dave Forman, CLO of HCI.
Beyond these compelling keynotes there will be afternoons full of engaging senior practitioner-led sessions focused on Innovation as it relates to the following four themes: Organizational Strategy; Social Media and Technology; Learning & Leadership Development; and Recruitment and Acquisition. So you folks that are not able to join us live won’t have the opportunity to see the entire break out tracks, however, we will be streaming the best-of-the-best to our virtual participants. Be sure to check out the Virtual Summit Program for more details.
We hope to see you in sunny Scottsdale in two short weeks, but if you can’t make it – do your best to make it to the Virtual Summit where you’ll still have an opportunity to view high-quality video of each presentation, along with the slides so you can easily follow-along from the comfort of your office. Take the opportunity to mingle with other virtual attendees in our networking lounge and research new solutions in our virtual exhibit hall.
We hope to “see” you there!

We definitely will, James. Be sure and follow our twitter feed with the hashtag #hcsummit and our live blogging during the conference!
It is cool that people who will not be able to attend will still have the opportunity to take part in this wonderful event. I hope that you will fill us in on how many show up and what they had to say about it.
Events that occur only once a year often don't get seen by a lot of people as an alternative but thanks to our ever-growing technology people don't have to miss out.
