Terrie has been in HR or OD roles in multiple industries, including financial services, academia, consulting and currently manufacturing as an OD Consultant with Moen. Her areas of expertise include change management, talent management, leadership and team development, facilitation and project management.
Terrie holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development & Analysis from Weatherhead School of Management, along with a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University.
