I was really not aware with the Emotional Intelligence strategies before. It is really an interesting subject and totally new concept to study as a whole. I was amazed to know that it is used to develop better leaders which ultimately manage a promising team. It is nice to know that it helps in retaining right people in the organization and can realign the efforts to achieve business continuity .
