Ms. Romulus is a Director within PricewaterhouseCoopers' Advisory Services global People & Change network located at our Tysons Corner office in the Washington DC Metro area. She focuses on helping clients achieve targeted, sustainable performance improvement through the alignment of strategy and organizational capability.Seasoned as a Global HR and Operations Executive, she has significant experience in designing and delivering Talent Management including succession planning, performance management, organization design, leadership development and knowledge management. She has supported corporate culture initiatives with practical field-focused HR tools. Ms. Romulus led global organizations at Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 companies during times of rapid change and transition. She has facilitated large-scale business transformation initiatives aligning the corporate strategy and vision to drive organizational change and business results.Ms. Romulus is a former VP, Training, Organization Development & Diversity for Ahold, one of the world's largest retail organizations. As Head of learning and organization development, her global team collaborated with senior leadership to establish the strategic direction for enterprise-wide talent management processes, systems, and tools focused on developing the key talent pipeline. She worked closely with the C-suite globally to design and deliver strategic cross-Operating Company learning and developmental activities to enable current and future executive leadership to effectively drive results.Ms. Romulus works with clients in a variety of industries, but has particularly significant experience within the IT and Retail & Consumer Products industries.Ms. Romulus received her MBA from The Johns Hopkins University and her BSBA in MIS from Old Dominion University. She is a graduate of the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Harvard's concentrated executive education program - Leadership in Professional Services Firms, and holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.Ms. Romulus is certified as a change management consultant through ODR. She is also certified and experienced in providing 360o executive assessments and Myers Briggs analysis.

Angelique Keenley is currently the Director of Human Resources (or as she likes to call herself, the Director-ish HR Fool) at The Motley Fool, Inc. in Alexandria, VA. She has been involved with The Motley Fool since 1999, where she pulled a full-time gig with the company until 2001. In the dot.com crash, she moved on to a Government Contractor, Arrowhead Global Solutions (also a Halogen client now) and acted as their Director, Human Resources, Facilities and Administration until 2004 when she started her own consulting practice. From 2004 until 2007, Angelique worked on and off with The Motley Fool in a consulting capacity. When The Fool opened the Director level HR position and offered her the job, she jumped at the chance to be a Full-Time Fool again.Angelique has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Prior to her HR days, she was a Structural Aircraft Mechanic in the U.S. Navy.
