Jennifer has led the development of the recruiting platform for Valvoline's retail business, Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC). As a result, VIOC is a leader among its competitors in recruiting, interviewing and selecting superior talent. She joined Valvoline in 1996 and has held many positions, including HR Manager and Brand Manager, introducing Valvoline's most successful launch of a new product within a new category, MaxLife motor oil, in 2000. Ms. Poage is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Eastern Kentucky University.

Jeff Facteau received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology from the University of Tennessee in 1995. He spent six years in academia, teaching in the I/O Ph.D. programs at Virginia Tech and then at Auburn University. He currently is Vice President of Professional Services at SHL Americas where he leads a team of I/O professionals, project managers, and specialists who are focused on implementing sound, legally defensible assessment solutions and demonstrating their value to SHL’s clients. He has directed a number of large scale projects involving the design, implementation and validation of assessment solutions across multiple jobs and within multiple industries, such as retail, financial services, manufacturing, and broadcasting. Prior to joining SHL, Dr. Facteau worked for Right Management Consultants and Hogan Assessment Systems. He has 15+ years of experience in the talent measurement industry. In addition, he has published original research in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management Review, Human Performance, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and Leadership Quarterly.

Jay Janovics is the Director of Optimization Services on the Professional Services team at SHLPreVisor. In this role he leads a team of industrial-organizational psychologists dedicated to conducting validation and business outcome studies to demonstrate the business impact of SHLPreVisor assessment solutions. Since joing SHLPreVisor, he has worked with a number of Fortune 500 clients in post-implementation analyses of SHLPreVisor's assessment solutions. In this role his focus is on demonstrating and enhancing the assessments' usefulness in predicting critical business outcomes. Jay has developed and validated a variety of assessment instruments including measures of cognitive ability, personality, and biodata, work simulations and video-based judgement tests.
