Bob is Vice President, Organizational Capability of DHL Exel Supply Chain - Americas. His focus is Talent Management and Sr. Leadership Development for North and Latin America. Bob also sits on the global Change Management steering committee for DPWN (Exel's parent company).Prior to Exel Bob worked with Scotts Miracle Gro leading Change Management for SAP and other transformation projects in North America and Europe. Prior to Scotts, Bob led Learning & Development and IT for Cap Gemini America's central region and was a regular facilitator for the company's global development programs.Throughout his career Bob has helped organizations achieve their Talent Management objectives through Process / Metrics Design, Automation and Change Management.

Cari is Director of HRMS for DHL Exel Supply Chain. She is responsible for the strategy, support and growth of the Oracle Human Resource Management System (HRMS) across the Americas region. Her focus is on system growth and development, system maintenance, data integrity and management, reporting strategy, and project management. In her current role, she oversees a team of two managers and six analysts.Cari has worked with HR systems for over eight years in a variety of roles including business analyst, project manager, HRMS manager and consultant. She has in depth experience with Lawson, PeopleSoft and Oracle eBusiness Suite. She has led and participated on over 20 large scale HR system projects, including implementations, upgrades, data conversions and new module installations.Cari holds a BS in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Miami University and an MBA from University of Cincinnati. She also has an SPHR from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Cari lives in Columbus, OH with her husband and son.
