David Ludlow is Vice President of Solution Management, focusing on the global Human Capital Management solution strategy and direction for SAP. He leads the team responsible for determining the future strategy of the SAP solutions portfolio that enables organizations to attract top talent and manage a borderless global workforce. The Solutions team works closely with customers, partners, industry analysts, and the entire SAP ecosystem to ensure SAP is identifying the best solutions for its customers. The team also works closely with SAP development and field sales organizations across the globe to ensure new and enhanced solutions are effectively brought to market.
David has been with SAP for over 10 years and has more than 20 years experience in the HR/HCM solutions space, holding various positions in product management, product marketing, and product strategy. Previously he has held leadership positions at Ceridian Employer Services and Tesseract Corporation.
David is originally from California and is currently based in Palo Alto, California. He holds a degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
