Two often overlooked components of large HR transformation initiatives are governance and people management. Many HR transformation leaders focus too heavily on making structure, process, or technology changes, while paying too little attention to project governance, key stakeholder management, and HR staff education and involvement in the transformation effort. HR transformation is a journey with five distinct phases: (1) Strategy; (2) Feasibility Analysis and Business Case Formulation; (3) Detailed Design; (4) Implementation; and, (5) Sustenance. This webcast explores the key governance and people related challenges in these five phases of transformation. Approaches to meet these challenges are based on Hewitt’s wealth of knowledge and experience in large transformation initiatives and best practices across geographies and sectors.
