Michael DeMarco is the Strategy and Acquisition Team Leader at The Human Capital's Center for Human Capital Excellence (CHCE). As Team Leader for Talent Strategy and Acquisition, he oversees member programming, in-person events and conferences, and Signature Research Reporting. Michael has 19 years of business and consulting experience for leading companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers, General Electric and IBM. He has authored two books and nine white papers. Master Burnett is the Managing Director of Dr. John Sullivan. Mr. Burnett directs the global advisory services of thought leader Dr. John Sullivan. In this capacity he is responsible for assisting organizations implementing tools or strategies proposed by Dr. John Sullivan and managing ongoing initiatives aimed at identifying best practice firms and approaches. Prior to joining Dr. John Sullivan, Mr. Burnett served as the Director of Client Services and Corporate Marketing for the Silicon Talent Corporation, an aggressive boutique staffing firm headquartered in the Silicon Valley, providing early stage high-technology ventures with staffing and HR advisory services. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at San Francisco State University. His expertise covers such topics as the implementation of technology, staffing and recruiting systems, organizational effectiveness coaching, and process engineering.
Anand Subbaraman is a Senior Director of Product Strategy at Oracle where he is currently responsible for Human Capital and Talent Management Solutions. He has been with Oracle for the last 10 years in a wide variety of Strategy, Product Management and Customer facing roles across the HCM, CRM and SCM and technology domain. He has a background in management consulting prior to Oracle.
