Presenters

Dr. Kathleen Frye serves as an organizational consultant with Kenexa and has more than 10 years of experience working in employee selection and development. She has worked as both an internal and external consultant across multiple industries ranging from Fortune 500 companies to companies with less than 100 employees. Dr. Frye has consulted with all levels and functions of organizations to develop and implement HR processes that align with the client’s business strategy, including the implementation of employee development, leadership development, performance, succession-planning, and selection programs. Prior to joining Kenexa, Dr. Frye implemented and managed selection assessments and leadership initiatives for Anheuser-Busch Companies and Monsanto. Dr. Frye received her PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and a BA in psychology from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Erica Hauck, Ph.D., serves as a consultant for the global assessment team at Kenexa and has been involved in a wide range of projects such as job analysis, competency modeling, test development and validation, and structured interview development and training. Focusing on the strategic alignment of business objectives, Dr. Hauck has successfully designed, validated and implemented employee assessments systems for managerial and hourly positions across a variety of industries. Her primary areas of interest include alternative personality assessment methods, simulated assessment research, and ROI demonstration. Dr. Hauck received her Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, and her BA in psychology from the Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
