Why transparency is crucial to achieving an organization’s goals
It’s a job seeker’s world. Skilled workers have no shortage of opportunities for growth and development. A recent PwC survey has shown that regardless of region, job-hopping is more common at all levels, but especially among younger workers. In a global survey, only 18 percent of new college graduates said they intended to stay with their current employer.
Why is this? These skilled workers are looking for opportunities outside of their own organization. Lack of a clear career progression is often cited as a reason that employees leave, as well as poor cultural fit. One of the benefits of a Core HR solution is the ability for organizations to look at what their employees are really doing and how they’re really feeling, to both encourage development and minimize turnover.
