Patricia Harmon is an organizational development consultant and works as a business analyst, facilitator and executive coach. She has designed and conducted advanced thinking workshops for North American organizations such as American Re-insurance Corporation, Deutsche Bank, Estee Lauder, Goldman, Sachs, J P Morgan Chase, Johnson & Johnson, Merck & Co., Motorola, Philips Electronics and New York Times.Pat helps organizations in their efforts to bring about change by examining business trends and extrapolating from them to help companies create value monopolies. Her approach includes the use of lateral thinking techniques with a focus on nature-inspired innovation to ensure environmental sustainability.She works with senior executives in Leadership Development in the area of emotional intelligence. Using an assessment-based technology, Pat helps clients assess development needs, link development to business strategy, and implements customized development through one-on-coaching using a systems approach.Previously, Patricia was the founder and principal of a communications advisory service serving many of the Fortune 500 companies in North America, after having worked in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry for ten years.Patricia holds an MBA from the University of Toronto Executive Program, an MA in Human Development, and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from The Fielding Graduate Institute. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Cornell University.
