In late 2008 we surveyed hundreds of HR and non-HR executives across the country to determine the extent to which their HR strategy and planning is aligned and integrated with business strategic planning.

Allan has many years experience as a senior researcher, analyst and consultant, servicing large private and public sector clients worldwide.
