Webcast:
We’ve all heard how important it is to integrate the processes that drive talent management—but how do you decide how each talent function interacts with the others to support an overall business strategy? How do you get leaders to buy-in? How do you determine what needs to be done, what to do first, and who needs to be involved? And how do you put the technology in place to make it all work?
In this session, Andy Rice explores a practical “Black Box” approach to planning that is helping companies answer these questions and changing the way they address Integrated Talent Management Strategy. In this session, we will explore key aspects of ITM planning, including:
- Defining the ITM Vision
- Asking the Right Questions
- Understanding the Planning Framework
- Balancing Big Picture Vision and operational Detail
- Supporting a Sustainable ITM Effort
