After the 5 core competencies that define “Leadership Stars” were identified, a cyclical leadership development program was implemented with the end goal of developing and deploying these new competencies.
The learning program consists first of pre-work, focusing on real life challenges that the participants are experiencing, followed by a formal class, and culminating in post-training working groups. This approach supports a leadership culture that goes far beyond the formal course work.
