Chris Jimenez has been involved in education, instructional design, and instructional technology for over 8 years. He has primarily worked with Fortune 500 companies including IBM, AT&T, Equifax, and Certegy, and has been part of organizations that have been recipients of Brandon Hall awards and Training Magazines Top 10.Currently, Chris is a Learning Consultant at MetLife where he is responsible for advising on the methods, tools, and best practices of developing Web-based, Instructor-led, and mobile-learning solutions in Metlife's Customer Response Center (CRC) and developing the CRC's external access strategy for partners in Central America using a globally accessed LMS and Learning Portal.Chris earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with emphasis in Performance Management from Florida State University and his Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction-Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida.
