Prior to joining GII, Larry served as Chief Learning Officer for Motorola Inc., The American Express Company, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Larry has pioneered innovative approaches to leadership development, organizational effectiveness and integrated talent management. As a senior Human Resource leader and well-known change architect, Larry has vast multi-industry experience in large complex organizations. His contributions have included development of talent strategies and implementation of company-wide programs that have led to measureable increases in employee engagement and retention, leadership supply, and organization capability.
Larry is co-Author – Networking is Dead: Making Connections That Matter – BenBella Books, Inc. – Scheduled for publication in September 2012. He has been featured in Chief Learning Officer Magazine – Cover Story Article – April, 2011, is a Contributing Author – Courageous Training: Bold Actions for Business Results - Berrett-Koehler Publishers and Contributing Author – Talent Management: Strategies from Six Leading Companies – ASTD Publishers. He has also published articles in Training Magazine, Talent Management Magazine, CIO Magazine, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Larry holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from S.U.N.Y at Buffalo. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Human Resources Leadership Forum and as an Expert Advisor to the Human Capital Institute. Larry is also an award winning professional composer and musician who writes and produces music for corporations to inspire higher levels of engagement, commitment and brand allegiance.

Brinkerhoff to a broader audience.Tim's experience includes more than 20 years in key consulting and leadership roles with Advantage Performance Group and Development Dimensions, Inc. (DDI).His academic credentials include a B.A. in Psychology from Butler University and an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.Tim has written several articles in the L&D field and is currently collaborating with Rob Brinkerhoff on a forthcoming Berrett-Koehler title: Courageous Training.
