In this capacity he is recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as a “Top Ranked Labor & Employment Lawyer” and by the Labor Relations Institute as one of the “Top 100 Labor Lawyers in America.” He advises and defends clients with regard to all aspects of the employer/employee relationship, including compliance with non-discrimination statutes, the NLRA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and state and local statutes. Tim is also very active in the human resources community as a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and as a Board Member for SHRM-KC.
