Matt Grove is a recruiting and sourcing leader with nearly 10 years of experience in the Big Four professional services environment. He built and currently leads the national sourcing organization at KPMG LLP with oversight responsibility for Employee Referral and Alumni Recruiting, Recruiting Research, and Vendor Management with team members located across the country. Matt and his team are responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing strategies as well as the advancement of sourcing skills and technologies in the broader recruiting organization. Matt enjoys leveraging his years of experience as a teacher and performer to lead highly regarded trainings in a variety of recruiting, sourcing, and research techniques.

Lori Carlson is currently the National Manager, Employee Referral and Alumni Recruiting for KPMG LLP. In this role, she leads a team of recruiters dedicated to actively engaging with both Employee Referrals and their KPMG referrers in an effort to build strong networks of skilled professionals in order to enhance the quality and reach of the recruiting process. Prior to recruiting in the Big Four, Lori had a successful career in Contingency Search with one of the world's largest staffing firms where she led recruiting teams in the accounting and technology divisions. Outside the office, Lori is a competitive athlete, mentor, wife and mom.
