Webcast:
Global competitive dynamics and the pace of change create one basic challenge for HR: How do you retain and engage top talent? In short, companies need to improve engagement levels, and one of the most consistent top drivers of engagement is "career development opportunities." Unfortunately, this term can be difficult to define, particularly in a global organization where many different cultural and individual backgrounds exist. In addition, these opportunities rarely extend beyond the top 10% of employees.
BASF is currently working to address this gap by refining the focus on career development and pushing it deeper into the firm. Join Sundar Subramaniam and Thais Blanco as they lead you through the CHOICE project, which has been implemented to address the career development aspirations of the "Mighty Middle." This session will discuss the opportunities, challenges and current results of this best practice effort.
