Alex earned his Master's degree in Instructional Systems from The Florida State University, and also holds an MBA from the University of Miami. Currently, he is serving as Asst. Training Manager, AVP, for Ocean Bank. In this position, he will lead the company's implementation of Halogen's eLMS product. The bank is looking to streamline the administration of the learning function, while automating the delivery of various curriculums the bank's employees are required to follow. Alex has worked with a variety of commercially available LMSs in the past, as well as had the experience of designing one from the ground up.

Frank Horvath is a principal consultant for The Newman Group. He has served a wide range of industries and clients in the areas of strategic talent management including: acquisition, sourcing, assessment, performance, development and retention. Mr. Horvath also has extensive expertise in all facets of business process management. He has helped his clients effectively develop and refine their business strategy, improve operational performance, and align resources for effective execution. Prior to joining The Newman Group, Mr. Horvath was the Principle and Owner of Integrated Group Synergy, a talent management advisory and consulting firm. He started Integrated Group Synergy after providing executive leadership for ADESA, Inc. the second largest automotive remarking wholesaler in North America. Prior to ADESA, Inc. Mr. Horvath was responsible for Black & Veatch's Supply Chain Management Consulting Practice focusing on supply chain management, organizational design, performance management, and business process improvement. Mr. Horvath also has extensive experience in leadership instruction and coaching, and he is a frequent presenter at corporate leadership sessions and industry forums.
