Prior to joining Hay Group, Irv was the National Practice Leader for Executive Compensation Consulting at a Big 4 Firm. Irv spent 10 years on the corporate side heading up the Compensation and Benefits functions at Goldman Sachs, First USA Bank, The Home Depot and Young & Rubicam.
