Wanda Ladd, MBA, PHR has more than a decade of experience in the field of human resources and is currently the Director of Human Resources/Vice President at Bank of Oak Ridge. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics at Thomas College in Waterville, Maine and her MBA in Leadership and HR Management at the University of Colorado. Most recently Wanda completed Business of HR Certification at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.In both pharmaceuticals and now the banking industry, she has successfully incorporated technology into HR to improve efficiency, engagement and productivity. At Bank of Oak Ridge, Wanda has converted the department from a paper file based system to an automated department, and implemented numerous initiatives such as a web-based job search/applicant site, an HRIS system, an automated employee appraisal system, and an electronic learning system. She was also the winner of the Capital Associated Industries Ovation Award for an e-Awards automated employee recognition program. This award was featured in Business Leader Magazine, March 2008 and Wanda has spoken about employee recognition at HR Management Conferences.Wanda has found her niche in taking small company HR departments and preparing them to move up to the next level as the company grows. She implements programs that maintain culture, increase employee satisfaction and assist organizations in aligning their employee initiatives with their corporate strategy. Companies that Wanda has supported have been recognized by the Triad Business Journal as a Best Small Place to Work as well as being part of the 2004 Best Small and Medium Companies to work for in America list produced by the Great Places to Work Institute.

Sheryl Dagang, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist in the State of California and the Manager of Learning and Development at EMQ FamiliesFirst. She has over 20 years experience providing direct care to children and families, coupled with a passion to teach and train employees on how to provide the best service possible.
