Presenters

Kristy Sidlar joined Futurestep in 2005 as a Managing Consultant for the firm's Michigan office. She manages a client base throughout the US, providing strategic talent acquisition solutions for clients based on each company's unique talent issues. Her areas of focus span multiple industries, with the heaviest emphasis on consumer products and industrial/manufacturing sectors. Key clients include Continental Automotive, Delphi Automotive, Fonterra, General Mills, LG Electronics and Wal-Mart. Ms. Sidlar is an active member of Korn/Ferry International's Global Consumer/Retail practice.

Robin Ritter is the Director of Talent and Learning Systems for General Mills, Inc. where she is responsible for talent management strategy development and for guiding the implementation of global learning and talent management systems. Since joining General Mills in 1995, Robin has held multiple roles with the company, including Director of Human Resources for the Yoplait and Pillsbury North America Business Units, Director of Human Resources for the Consumer Food Sales Division, as well as roles in HR and Labor Relations management. Robin's most recent role was that of Human Resource Director for the Bakeries and Foodservice Division.Robin's leadership experience also includes four years of volunteer service as President of the Family Child Development Center Board of Directors, a non-profit child-care center serving families in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. She is currently serving on a leadership committee for the Women's Foodservice Forum, the premier leadership development community for women in the foodservice industry. Robin earned her bachelor's degree in Communications and her master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois.
