He has worked with companies in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, technology, financial services, manufacturing, retail and consumer productsPrior to joining Hay Group, Inc., Eric was a Vice President at Pearl Meyer & Partners and a Senior Consultant at two "Big 4" accounting and tax firms where he focused on a variety of compensation and benefit issues.Eric also has in-house corporate experience heading up the Compensation and Benefits functions at Eyetech Pharmaceuticals. Eric was the lead advisor to the Compensation Committee at Eyetech.Eric consults in the areas of executive compensation, incentive compensation, total compensation strategy and reward philosophies, competitive analysis, and salary management programs. Eric also has extensive experience in design, development and implementation of compensation surveys and best-in-class studies.Eric is a frequent speaker on Compensation topics and has instructed seminars on at the University of Notre Dame and lectures at New York University's Stern School of Business.
