Teleconference:
Human capital analytics have taken the HR world by storm. Everyone gets “metrics” and their importance in HR’s evolution from purely support to a strategic business partner role. The new game in town is “analytics.” More and more companies are adopting an evidence-based, analysis-driven approach to making human capital decisions. Some companies, such as Google, are in the forefront of this movement, while others are gaining experience or just starting out. Analytics promise strategic advantage though maximizing the return on human capital. However, few HR professionals have the requisite background or experience to capitalize on this promise.
Join Amit Mohindra, managing director of Nelson Touch Consulting and HCI certified Human Capital Strategist, in this executive conversation. Amit has successfully applied human capital analytics in his corporate HR leadership roles at companies such as Lehman Brothers, Lucent Technologies, IBM and Goldman Sachs, as well as in his consulting engagements with clients. Amit will de-mystify “human capital analytics,” explain how companies can best grow and leverage this new capability, and provide tips on how you can advance your own career through participation in this emerging and important field within human resources.
