Webcast:
In the midst of an uneven economic recovery, most organizations are trying to do more with less. The ability to get the most out of their current staff is a strategic goal for many companies right now. However, this drive to be lean could be hurting employee engagement, productivity, and the quality of work and, in many industries, actually endangering lives.
When employers try to push the boundaries of workforce fatigue, burn out among employees is commonplace and engagement is destroyed. In certain industries (e.g. transportation, petrochemical manufacturing), rules and systems are constructed to manage the fatigue of employees to avoid costly errors and even deadly accidents on the job.
In this webcast:
- Learn the toll that employee burnout takes on a workforce and how to combat it.
- Learn about the science of fatigue
- Learn how some industries manage fatigue to avoid disaster.
