Presenters

As Vice President, Career Transition Services, Lisa directs the delivery of client services throughout the United States and Mexico. In this role, Lisa leads the teams responsible for delivery of core services at DBM, including career transition and career management. She also provides planning, logistics, and communications consultation and support to key accounts nationwide.Prior to joining DBM, Lisa specialized in career transition, executive coaching and change management for a consulting firm in Dallas, TX, working in a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, financial services and telecommunications. She was a key member of numerous realignment project teams with high profile companies such as Mary Kay, Inc., PepsiCo/Frito Lay and Texas Instruments. Both in Dallas and later in Nashville, Lisa directed the planning and implementation of two of the firm's largest projects, one encompassing multiple levels of service on a global basis.Lisa completed her undergraduate degree in Marketing at the University of Tennessee and earned her graduate degree in Human Development Counseling at Vanderbilt University. She is past president, current board member and long-term member of the Association of Career Professionals International, and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is actively involved in the Tennessee Coaching Alliance and has achieved status of National Certified Counselor.

As Vice President, Employee Relations for American Express, Elizabeth oversees the U.S. employee relations team and is responsible for driving a culture of excellence for a positive employee experience, providing coaching on workplace practices, performance improvement, policy and conflict resolution and building strong business partnerships towards successful change management.Elizabeth came to American Express with over 18 years of Human Resources experience. Her most recent role was Director, Global Employee Relations at Colgate-Palmolive Company. She was actively involved in engagement and retention strategies, performance and change management initiatives, health and wellness programs, leadership training, and business continuity planning. While at Colgate-Palmolive, Elizabeth also held key HR positions such as a Generalist supporting its Sales organization and Global Training Operations.Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University and an MBA from Pace University with concentrations in Human Resources and International Business.
Greg is responsible for developing, disseminating and monitoring the direction of career transition services for LHH, the world’s largest career services firm. This includes identifying and articulating global trends while assisting in the development and implementation of the short and long term global strategy of the organization. Greg’s participation in the senior management team at LHH helps drive the development of delivery methodologies, productivity models and communication strategies concerning the organization’s strategic vision, values, ethics and culture. His additional responsibilities include the oversight of all client interface applications including the design of various tools and implementation within field locations, both US and internationally. Greg's education includes a BA in Business Marketing, a Masters in Psychology and a graduate certificate in Adult Education Training and Development from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
