Sheila Madden has worked in the areas of talent management, executive leadership coaching and organization effectiveness for over 25 years. Madden Coaching & Consulting provides executive and organization coaching and consulting to leaders of high-growth global companies facing the unique challenges of leading global virtual teams. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management for GlobalEnglish where she developed and deployed integrated talent management programs serving employees in 17 countries. She has also held senior talent roles in companies including IBM, The Learning Company and Tandem Computers.
Ms. Madden joined with Marshall Goldsmith in June of 2010 to deliver an HCI webcast called "MOJO And Successfully Leading Global Teams". She was also a speaker at the 2010 HCI Learning and Development Conference discussing the English Communication Imperative required to bridge the global talent crisis. Sheila has also published numerous articles (Talent Management Magazine, Training Magazine, PM Network Magazine) on developing global leaders, specificaly the importance of developing emotional and social intelligence competencies. She has been featured both on television and radio.
