In the global HR transformation space, winning organizations follow a multi-pronged strategy focused on maximizing the effectiveness of their HR organization. Redefining the HR operating model, leveraging technology, innovative sourcing and reorganizing HR processes and HR roles are keys to success. When the HR specialist and HR generalist roles become more strategic in their focus, the transactional aspects of HR can be consolidated within the HR Operations function. But every organization’s journey is different as they try to enhance the role of the HR business partners. They encounter a range of challenges around role definition, fuzzy process design, capability gaps within HR, and inadequate support for the transition. This webcast draws on research and experience from Hewitt Associates and successful clients who will share navigating challenges and lessons learned through their transformation of the roles of HR business partners. You’ll hear their recommendations and leave with insights to improve your plan on how HR adds strategic value to your business.

Great presentation. I would be interested in learning more about how role clarity was developed/communicated as it relates to the differences of the HR Business Partner and HR Partner roles. We have a similar set-up in my organization, although both sides(corporate and field HR) are titled HR Business Partners. The contribution and impact are very different, though.
