In addition, Fran continues to share her knowledge in these areas through teaching and guest lecturing. Earlier in her career, Fran was company spokesperson for food products, and appeared on TV and numerous food shows.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Patrick Dailey has moved from missiles to make-up to mobile phones to energy and now to mortgages. He has grown in responsibility with roles in compensation, recruiting, HRD, organization development and HR business partnership. He has had the privilege to work for organizations such as Lockheed Martin, Mary Kay, Nokia, TXU Energy and now First American.At First American, Patrick is the director of HR for the Outsourcing and Technology Solutions organization - a business focused on managing mortgage data on shore and offshore for the modification and loss mitigation of home loans. Patrick's professional passion revolves around HR transformation, mentoring and the optimization of human resources to create value for organizations.Patrick resides in Flower Mound Texas with his wife Kimi and three boys, Ethan & Jared ages 12 and Sullivan age 9.
