Over the past 35 years, Ms. Rogers has been active in the field of corporate training, executive and leadership development. Ms. Rogers serves currently as Global Director, Leadership and Talent Excellence with Deloitte, Touche, Tohmatsu, with responsibility for needs assessment, design and facilitation of customized global strategic programs on leadership, management, client service skills, diversity, teambuilding, and career coaching and counseling. She has created award-winning blended learning experiences for executives including: e-learning, virtual classroom, face-to-face, and Internet supported self-assessment and resources. Other highlights include: Positions in executive education at Harvard University, Babson College, and Boston University, directing teams responsible for designing, marketing and implementing executive and leadership development programs in corporations, including: global Fortune 100 firms based in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific; public organizations; and academic institutions. She has served as Director of Corporate Custom Programs, Babson College School of Executive Education; Director of International Management Programs, Boston University, School of Management; Director of the Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government and of the Director of the Institute for Educational Management (IEM), Harvard University. In these capacities, she joined faculty from major US business schools and IMD, London Business School, and INSEAD.

Phil Casman is the Director, Performance and Compensation Services for Plateau Systems. Mr. Casman has over 15 years experience with business process consulting and implementing Talent Management Systems. Prior to joining Plateau, Phil has spent time in various strategic roles with EMC, GE, Softscape, and Human Asset Technologies (acquired by SilkRoad Technologies). Phil is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
