Call center reps, utilizing the same tools plus case management, will be able to provide a high level of first call resolution. And HR talent can be redirected to do more strategic work. Bob Gonzales is the Senior Vice President Global HR Shared Services of CH2M HILL, where he is responsible for the full range of HR support for the global engineering and construction firm, which includes over 26K employees in 22 countries around the world. Bob leads the transformation of HR service delivery for greater use of technology, information, process and people for a more efficient and effective delivery of HR worldwide.Prior to joining CH2M Hill, Bob was the Vice President Global Human Resources Operations for Lenovo, where he led the acquisition and transition of 10,000 IBM Personal Computer Division employees in 60 countries around the world to Lenovo (the China based computer company). He completed the transition in 4 months for the largest 17 countries and in another 4 months for the remaining 43 countries. At Lenovo Bob i=Implemented HR policies of comparable value in all countries and achieved the transition with minimal disruption and 96% employee retention. He also led the development and implementation of a new HR and payroll services solution for all 60 countries.Bob was also a Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Fidelity, where he led the transition of IBM's U.S. employees' services organization after the acquisition by Fidelity that was a part of IBM's outsourcing of its HR and Payroll services - and held several senior positions at IBM, including Vice President of Global Employee Service and, Vice President of HR Operations for IBM Americas.
