Presenters

Kim Johnson is Vice President of Key Accounts for DBM. In her role she is responsible for securing and maintaining relationships with key customers and ensuring that client and customer expectations are achieved through operational and sales excellence. Kim has been with DBM for more than nine years and has held a variety of leadership roles. With over 17 years of experience in sales, sales management and global training, Kim brings expertise in managing complex global relationships as well as extensive experience working in a variety of industries such as oil and gas, telecommunications, high tech, financial services, consumer goods and pharmaceutical.

Stan Guy is Managing Director of DBM's Mid Atlantic District. In this role, he is responsible for delivering high-quality services and support to several hundred clients and customers. Mr. Guy's outstanding knowledge of the career transition business and leadership skills are critical factors in the success of the District. Stan has a passion for moving clients from the low of being downsized to the exhilaration of accepting a new position. Prior to joining DBM, Mr. Guy was Vice President, Director of Professional Services, Philadelphia area offices, at Lee Hecht Harrison. Mr. Guy held numerous sales management positions within the educational materials and document management fields at Xerox Corporation.
