Presenters

Scott Bolman has been helping Human Resources (HR) organizations become more efficient and effective for over 20 years. He has led numerous strategy, service delivery, and technology projects and has expertise across a broad array of HR functions. He is currently a Partner with Mercer’s Human Capital Operations and Technology Solutions business and is based in Chicago.
Prior to joining Mercer, Scott served in a variety of roles including as a Senior Executive in Accenture’s HR Outsourcing business, as a Director in CedarCrestone’s Strategy and Analytics Practice and as a Corporate Manager at Walgreens.
