Webcast:
We all know that the cost of losing an employee typically has a far greater impact on our bottom line than the cost of hiring talent.
Yet in the face of that truism, talent acquisition software focused on the full-time employee has historically been given greater credence than for contingent workers or services. How can a collection of well-known strategic applications --recruiting, management, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting-- all be integrated and work together on a global basis?
Join this session to understand how companies can begin to think of their entire workforce collectively. Learn how to move beyond an environment where most talent acquisition applications are siloed, both in traditional software and in how HR departments work. In addition, learn how to best optimize your organization's talent pools to address difficult to fill positions. This eye opening presentation is hosted by Sean Chou, CTO of Fieldglass, a provider of the leading unified platform for acquiring contingent workers, services and direct hires. Learn more about these solutions and investigate compelling strategies to implement them worldwide, resulting in the best talent technology blueprint for your organization.
