Linda earned her Masters degree from the University of Minnesota, taught Interpersonal Communications at the college level and recruited for hundreds of positions during her tenure at GMAC-RFC.During her professional career Linda filled many roles. She has analyzed key trends in recruiting, branding, and assessments in order to design and direct the products of eContinuum. During this process she has forged key strategic partnerships with vendors and industry experts. She has led the implementation of the Overture system into key accounts and successfully achieved project and corporate goals by developing a strong sense of cross functional teamwork. By writing and presenting a webinar for HR.Com, presenting a seminar at their Employers of Excellence conference, and researching all aspects of the competition Linda has played a key role in the development of product marketing strategies. She has also channeled her knowledge of the product and the industry to develop a core sales team within eContinuum.Linda is passionate about everything she does and strives for excellence in her work, family, and community service. A strong believer in the value of arts education for children, she served as the Board President of the Ordway Circle of Stars (OCOS). In this role she led her organization through the profitable implementation of two charity fundraisers which resulted in a $700,000 gift to Ordway Center for the Performing Arts.
