Aubrey, glad you enjoyed it. Be sure to check out the websites http://www.maverickinstitute.com and http://www.onboardyourself.com for more resources and ideas to onboard new hires of all kinds, virtual or not.
I really thought presentation was great. Todd managed to pack a ton of information into 60 minutes, and he offered ideas that can be easily implemented in any organization - which was an important key takeaway for me. Thanks!
Emily, sorry my talk didn't meet your expectations. Feel free to call me (303.819.6662) and I'm happy to talk about advanced technologies and way-out onboarding ideas with you. This talk was designed to help companies, particularly in these tight-budget times, make their virtual onboarding more efficient and propose effective methods they could implement right away. I hope we can connect in the future.
Disappointed in this webinar - the focus should have been more on the technologies available and creative ideas for onboarding not the "Onboarding 101" training on time zones and learning absorbtion rates.
