David Horth is a Senior Fellow, Senior Designer and Subject Matter Expert in Innovation at The Center for Creative Leadership in Research and Product Development. He is an innovative designer, facilitator, and coach, specializing in the confluence of design, innovation and leadership development.
David is co-author of the award-winning book The Leader's Edge: Six Creative Competencies for Navigating Complex Challenges. He has also co-developed several leadership exploration tools, including Visual Explorer, Wisdom Explorer and Boundary Explorer.
David led the design of the Innovation Leadership Workshop in collaboration with the design company, Continuum. He also led the designs of Coaching for Greater Effectiveness; Maximizing Leadership Potential; and a program targeted at teaching leadership to individual contributors.
